You are responsible for all information you provide, all content you submit, all activity occurring through your account, and the security of your login credentials. Conspiracies.CHAT may allow guest access, temporary participation, limited viewing, public group browsing, or non-member interaction. Guest access is provided at the discretion of Conspiracies.CHAT and may be changed, restricted, disabled, monitored, moderated, or terminated at any time.

Guests are bound by these Terms to the same extent as registered users. Guest participation does not create any right to continued access, account creation, data preservation, message retention, identity protection, or restoration of content. Conspiracies.CHAT may restrict, remove, or block guest activity at any time.

  1. User Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to use Conspiracies.CHAT in a lawful, non-abusive, non-exploitative, and community-appropriate manner. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for all content you submit, post, upload, transmit, message, link, display, or otherwise make available through the site.

You may not post, upload, transmit, promote, link to, or otherwise make available any content that Conspiracies.CHAT determines, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive, deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, obscene, indecent, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, malicious, spam-related, or otherwise inappropriate.

  1. Adult Content Strictly Prohibited

Adult content of any kind is strictly prohibited on Conspiracies.CHAT. This prohibition applies to all areas of the site, including profiles, avatars, usernames, groups, posts, comments, messages, chat, media, advertisements, links, and any other user-submitted content.

Prohibited adult content includes sexually explicit text, sexual solicitation, pornography, nudity, erotic content, fetish content, sexual roleplay, sexualized images, sexually suggestive material, adult links, escort-related content, commercial sexual content, or any material Conspiracies.CHAT considers adult, obscene, indecent, exploitative, or inappropriate for the community.

Conspiracies.CHAT may immediately remove such content and suspend, restrict, block, or terminate any related account without notice. Users agree that Conspiracies.CHAT has sole discretion to determine whether content violates this prohibition.

  1. User Content, Ownership, and License

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, upload, display, transmit, message, or otherwise make available on Conspiracies.CHAT. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to submit such content.

You retain whatever ownership rights you may have in your original content. However, by submitting content to Conspiracies.CHAT, you grant Conspiracies.CHAT, Dot Coms, Inc., and their administrators, operators, affiliates, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, edit, moderate, remove, distribute, archive, adapt, format, index, promote, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, maintaining, protecting, improving, documenting, promoting, and preserving the site.

This license includes the right to retain copies of content in backups, logs, archives, moderation records, administrative records, technical systems, legal records, and security records. CONSPIRACIES.CHAT IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSPIRACIES.CHAT, DOT COMS, INC., AND THEIR ADMINISTRATORS, MODERATORS, OPERATORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, equity, warranty, or any other legal theory. These limitations apply even if Conspiracies.CHAT or any related party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Conspiracies.CHAT, Dot Coms, Inc., and their administrators, moderators, operators, representatives, affiliates, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to user content, user conduct, third-party content, third-party websites, account disputes, moderation decisions, access restrictions, site errors, reliance on content, or interactions with other users.

This release applies to known and unknown claims, suspected and unsuspected claims, disclosed and undisclosed claims, and claims that may arise in the future from your use of or relationship with the site.

If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542 to the fullest extent permitted by law, which provides that a general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known, would have materially affected the settlement with the debtor or released party.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conspiracies.CHAT, Dot Coms, Inc., and their administrators, moderators, operators, representatives, affiliates, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the site.

This indemnification obligation includes claims arising from your content, posts, messages, uploads, profile information, communications, conduct, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, false statements, misleading conduct, inappropriate activity, unauthorized access, interaction with another user, or any harm allegedly caused by you.

Conspiracies.CHAT reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully with such defense. Your indemnification obligations survive account termination, content removal, suspension, and discontinuation of site use.

  1. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, and Jury Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to Conspiracies.CHAT, these Terms, your account, your content, site access, site use, moderation, suspension, termination, privacy, communications, or any relationship between you and Conspiracies.CHAT or Dot Coms, Inc. shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree that any dispute shall be handled only on an individual basis. You waive the right to bring, join, participate in, or recover through any class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, consolidated action, or mass arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Before initiating any arbitration or legal proceeding, you must first contact Client Assistance and provide a written description of the dispute, the facts supporting it, and the relief requested. The parties shall have thirty (30) days to attempt informal resolution.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law, Venue, and Time Limit for Claims

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to Conspiracies.CHAT shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, or if arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable for a particular claim, such claim shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive objections based on inconvenient forum, venue, or lack of jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to Conspiracies.CHAT, these Terms, your account, your content, or your use of the site must be brought within one (1) year after the claim accrues, or it is permanently barred. This time limitation is intended to apply broadly to all claims that may legally be shortened by agreement.

  1. Termination and Survival

Conspiracies.CHAT may suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete any account or access at any time. You may stop using the site at any time.

Termination does not require Conspiracies.CHAT to delete records, logs, backups, moderation files, administrative notes, legal records, security records, or content retained for operational, evidentiary, legal, compliance, or security purposes.

Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, user-content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, release, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, governing law, venue, time limits, and dispute provisions.

You remain responsible for conduct, content, and obligations arising before termination.

  1. No Waiver, Severability, Assignment, and Entire Agreement

Failure by Conspiracies.CHAT or Dot Coms, Inc. to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. Conspiracies.CHAT and Dot Coms, Inc. may assign or transfer these Terms, the site, accounts, content, rights, obligations, or operations in connection with restructuring, transfer, merger, acquisition, sale, organizational change, or continuation of services.

These Terms, together with any posted Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, community rules, notices, and site policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conspiracies.CHAT regarding use of the site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the same subject matter.

  1. Final User Acknowledgment

By using Conspiracies.CHAT, you acknowledge and agree that Conspiracies.CHAT is an entertainment-purpose chat and discussion platform owned by Dot Coms, Inc.; that the site exists for user-generated discussion, speculation, commentary, parody, social interaction, and entertainment only; that the site does not verify, endorse, investigate, validate, or guarantee any conspiracy theory, claim, statement, post, media item, link, or user communication; that the site is not a professional, legal, medical, financial, political, investigative, emergency, or public-safety service; that you use the site at your own risk; that membership is a privilege, not a right; and that you are bound by the disclaimers, limitations of liability, release, indemnification, arbitration, class-action waiver, governing-law, venue, and time-limit provisions stated above.

You further acknowledge that Conspiracies.CHAT may restrict, remove, suspend, terminate, or refuse access or content in its discretion; that user-generated content may be inaccurate, unreliable, harmful, offensive, incomplete, fictional, satirical, manipulated, exaggerated, or inappropriate; that you are responsible for your own conduct and decisions; and that your continued use of the site constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
